Garbely begins railroad tugboat book series

The first volume in Garbely Publishing’s comprehensive book series on railroad tugboats will document maritime operations of New York Harbor; Delaware River around Philadelphia and Wilmington, Del.; Hampton Roads, Sewell’s Point, and Little Creek near Norfolk, Va., and Baltimore Harbor.
