May’s Model Railroad News included the announcement of an all-new Shay steam locomotive in the works from KR Models. The company has several HO-scale freight car models in development. These computer drawings show the logging car planned for release to accompany KR Model’s Shay.

The company is also developing four HO-scale models based on contemporary FreightCar America prototypes, including a ribbed-side ballast hopper, four-bay plastic pellet 6250 hopper, smaller two-bay hopper, and Versaflood aggregate hopper. Visit the company’s website for more information.
