MTH recently delivered a new production for its HO-scale General Electric (GE) ES44 diesel locomotive model. Included in the offerings, you’ll find CSX special livery units: 911 “Honoring Our 1st Responders,” 3194 “Honoring Our Law Enforcement,” and 1776 “Honoring Our Veterans.” GE and Union Pacific marked the 5,000 Evolution Series diesel locomotive with special decoration applied to roster member 7964; this unique unit is also among MTH’s ES44 releases.
ABOVE: Presenting standard paint schemes are these MTH HO ES44s decorated for BNSF, CSX, and Union Pacific. There are multiple road numbers for each of this regular livery looks available in this new production run. This assembled HO-scale ES44 comes with a plastic body shell mounted to a die-cast metal chassis with metal handrails, air horn, and grilles.
